Patel submits that unfortunately he did not notice<br \/>\nthat the heirs of some of the deceased petitioners are not on the<br \/>\nrecord while seeking indulgence from his Court for restoration of the<br \/>\nmatter, as this matter was dismissed for default vide order dated<br \/>\n2\/5\/2011, and  on the very same day on oral request made same was<br \/>\nrestored. While making request for restoration Shri Patel ensured the<br \/>\nCourt that the matter shall be proceeded with. However Shri Patel<br \/>\nsubmitted that heirs of petitioner no.4  has not been brought on<br \/>\nrecord and the heirs of petitioner no.4 have been informed. Shri<br \/>\nPatel further states that heirs of petitioner no. 2, 3, 5 &amp; 12<br \/>\nhave already been brought on record.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThe<br \/>\nCourt is of the view that the request could be accepted only in case<br \/>\nif the matter is required to be not adjourned for longer.  This<br \/>\nmatter of year 2001 and is awaiting its disposal. It is expected of<br \/>\nShri Patel to show corresponding promptness and bring the heirs on<br \/>\nrecord so that the matter could be proceeded further. The needful be<br \/>\ndone on or before 6\/5\/2011 and the matter may come up for hearing on<br \/>\n6\/5\/2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                     [<br \/>\nS.R.
