Dabhi, learned Advocate for the<br \/>\nrespondent No.1 &#8211; State of Gujarat as well as  Mr. Tejas Barot,<br \/>\nlearned Advocate  for the respondent No.3,  have elected not to<br \/>\nremain present before the Court.  It is reported by the Bench<br \/>\nSecretary that the Advocates of this Court are abstained from work<br \/>\ntoday on account of call issued by the Gujarat High Court Bar<br \/>\nAssociation  on the basis of the Resolution passed by it, to the<br \/>\neffect that,  all the Advocates of this Court should  abstain from<br \/>\nwork today.\n<\/p>\n<p>2\t\tMr.\n<\/p>\n<p>Mahesh R. Gupta,  Police Inspector,  Satellite Police Station,<br \/>\nAhmedabad, who is personally present before this Court, states that<br \/>\nhe has investigated the case and tried to find out the corpus  &#8211;<br \/>\nMuljibhai Bhuraji Mistry and during the course of investigation, it<br \/>\nis found that, the corpus Muljibhai Bhuraji Mistry has expired on<br \/>\n4.7.2004  and it was a natural death.  He further states that the<br \/>\ncorpus Muljibhai Bhuraji Mistry  died at his village Mahavar, Taluka<br \/>\n&amp; District Badmer, Rajasthan.  He has   also brought the Death<br \/>\nCertificate.  As per the said  Death Certificate, the name of corpus<br \/>\nMuljibhai Bhuraji Mistry is mentioned as &#8220;Mularam Buraram&#8221;<br \/>\nwho has died on 4.7.2004 at village Mahavar, Taluka &amp; District<br \/>\nBadmer.  He has collected the Death Certificate as well as recorded<br \/>\nthe statements of his real brothers  and his relatives.\n<\/p>\n<p>4\t\tSince<br \/>\nthe Advocates of this Court are abstained from  work today,  in the<br \/>\ninterest of justice, the matter is adjourned to 8.12.2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>5\t\tWe,<br \/>\ntherefore,  direct  Mr. Mahesh R.
