 2.       We\u00a0heard\u00a0these\u00a0six\u00a0cases\u00a0together\u00a0through\u00a0video\u00a0conferencing.\u00a0The\u00a0Appellant\u00a0<\/p>\n
was\u00a0present\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0Chennai\u00a0studio\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0NIC.\u00a0In\u00a0spite\u00a0of\u00a0notice,\u00a0the\u00a0Respondent\u00a0was\u00a0<\/p>\n
not\u00a0present.\u00a0We\u00a0heard\u00a0the\u00a0submissions\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant.<\/p>\n
3.       In\u00a0six\u00a0separate\u00a0applications,\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant\u00a0had\u00a0sought\u00a0a\u00a0variety\u00a0of\u00a0information\u00a0<\/p>\n
mainly\u00a0arising\u00a0out\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0fact\u00a0that\u00a0the\u00a0bank\u00a0had\u00a0wrongly\u00a0included\u00a0his\u00a0name\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0list\u00a0of\u00a0<\/p>\n
defaulters\u00a0as\u00a0a\u00a0co\u00adborrower\u00a0in\u00a0a\u00a0NPA\u00a0housing\u00a0loan\u00a0account.\u00a0Although\u00a0the\u00a0CPIO\u00a0had\u00a0<\/p>\n
attended\u00a0to\u00a0all\u00a0his\u00a0queries,\u00a0more\u00a0than\u00a060\u00a0in\u00a0number,\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant\u00a0has\u00a0alleged\u00a0that\u00a0the\u00a0<\/p>\n
information\u00a0provided\u00a0is\u00a0not\u00a0complete\u00a0and\u00a0adequate.<\/p>\n
4.       During\u00a0the\u00a0hearing,\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant\u00a0submitted\u00a0that\u00a0the\u00a0bank\u00a0had\u00a0dealt\u00a0with\u00a0him\u00a0<\/p>\n
rather\u00a0shabbily\u00a0by\u00a0wrongly\u00a0reporting\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0CIBIL\u00a0that\u00a0both\u00a0he\u00a0and\u00a0his\u00a0father\u00a0had\u00a0been\u00a0<\/p>\n
co\u00adborrowers\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0NPA\u00a0housing\u00a0loan\u00a0account\u00a0of\u00a0one\u00a0Suresh\u00a0Kumar\u00a0against\u00a0whom\u00a0<\/p>\n
the\u00a0bank\u00a0had\u00a0filed\u00a0a\u00a0suit.\u00a0He\u00a0further\u00a0submitted\u00a0that\u00a0this\u00a0act\u00a0on\u00a0the\u00a0part\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0bank\u00a0<\/p>\n
deprived\u00a0 him\u00a0 of\u00a0 his\u00a0 right\u00a0 to \u00a0 secure\u00a0 a \u00a0 loan\u00a0 and\u00a0 caused\u00a0 him\u00a0 both \u00a0 harassment\u00a0 and\u00a0<\/p>\n
embarrassment.\u00a0It\u00a0appears\u00a0he\u00a0has\u00a0sought\u00a0most\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0information\u00a0in\u00a0order\u00a0to\u00a0ascertain\u00a0<\/p>\n
the\u00a0facts\u00a0behind\u00a0the\u00a0decision\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0bank\u00a0in\u00a0sending\u00a0certain\u00a0reports\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0CIBIL.<\/p>\n
5.       After\u00a0carefully\u00a0considering\u00a0his\u00a0submissions\u00a0and\u00a0the\u00a0facts\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0case\u00a0including\u00a0<\/p>\n
the\u00a0 reply\u00a0 given\u00a0by\u00a0 the\u00a0CPIO\u00a0 in\u00a0 each\u00a0 of\u00a0these\u00a0cases,\u00a0we\u00a0 are\u00a0 of\u00a0the\u00a0 view\u00a0that\u00a0 the\u00a0<\/p>\n
following\u00a0additional\u00a0information\u00a0should\u00a0also\u00a0be\u00a0provided\u00a0to\u00a0him:<\/p>\n
         i)\u00a0the\u00a0number\u00a0and\u00a0the\u00a0date\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0suit,\u00a0if\u00a0any,\u00a0filed\u00a0by\u00a0the\u00a0bank\u00a0against\u00a0the\u00a0loan\u00a0<\/p>\n
         account\u00a0of\u00a0Suresh\u00a0Kumar\u00a0including\u00a0the\u00a0name\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0court;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

         with\u00a0the\u00a0CIBIL\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0matter\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0inclusion\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0name\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0<\/p>\n
         loan\u00a0account\u00a0of\u00a0Suresh\u00a0Kumar;\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

         dated\u00a017\u00a0December\u00a02009\u00a0from\u00a0the\u00a0date\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0joining\u00a0till\u00a0the\u00a0date\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0RTI\u00a0<\/p>\n
         application;\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
         v)\u00a0the\u00a0details\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0disciplinary\u00a0proceedings,\u00a0if\u00a0any,\u00a0instituted\u00a0against\u00a0these\u00a0<\/p>\n
         three \u00a0 officers \u00a0 ever \u00a0 including \u00a0 the \u00a0 copy \u00a0 of \u00a0 the \u00a0 chargesheet \u00a0 served \u00a0 and \u00a0 the\u00a0<\/p>\n
         punishment\u00a0imposed\u00a0by\u00a0the\u00a0disciplinary\u00a0authority\u00a0provided\u00a0such\u00a0proceedings\u00a0<\/p>\n
         are\u00a0complete\u00a0and\u00a0over;\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
         vi)\u00a0the\u00a0photocopy\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0contract\u00a0signed\u00a0by\u00a0the\u00a0bank\u00a0with\u00a0the\u00a0courier\u00a0company\u00a0<\/p>\n
         which \u00a0 had \u00a0 booked \u00a0 the \u00a0 letter \u00a0 dated \u00a0 19 \u00a0 November \u00a0 2009 \u00a0 addressed \u00a0 to \u00a0 the\u00a0<\/p>\n
         Appellant\u00a0along\u00a0with\u00a0the\u00a0photocopy\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0proof\u00a0of\u00a0delivery\u00a0and\u00a0delivery\u00a0run\u00a0<\/p>\n
         sheet\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0said\u00a0letter;\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
         vii)\u00a0the\u00a0photocopy\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0letters\u00a0sent\u00a0by\u00a0the\u00a0Egmore\u00a0Branch\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0bank\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0<\/p>\n
         head\u00a0office\u00a0in\u00a0connection\u00a0with\u00a0the\u00a0representations\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant\u00a0dated\u00a013\u00a0<\/p>\n
         March\u00a0and\u00a022\u00a0April\u00a02009\u00a0respectively.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
6.       We\u00a0direct\u00a0the\u00a0CPIO\u00a0to\u00a0provide\u00a0the\u00a0above\u00a0information\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant\u00a0within\u00a010\u00a0<\/p>\n
