In<br \/>\nthe facts and circumstances of the case and with the consent of the<br \/>\nlearned advocates for the respective parties, the applications are<br \/>\ntaken up for final hearing today.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tAll<br \/>\nthese applications have been preferred by the applicants-original<br \/>\nclaimants to restore the main First Appeals, which came to be<br \/>\ndismissed for non prosecution for non appearance of the learned<br \/>\nadvocate for the applicants at the time when it was taken up for<br \/>\nhearing on 17.1.2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tHaving<br \/>\nheard the learned advocates for the respective parties and<br \/>\nconsidering the averments in the applications and subject to payment<br \/>\nof cost, which is quantified at Rs.500\/ &#8211; in each of the applications<br \/>\nto be deposited with the Registry of this Court within a period of<br \/>\none week from today, present applications are allowed. All the First<br \/>\nAppeals are order to be restored to its original file. Learned<br \/>\nadvocate for the applicant has assured that as and when appeals are<br \/>\ntaken up for hearing they will be made available. On such deposit of<br \/>\ncost, Registry is directed to transmit the same to the Legal Services<br \/>\nCommittee.
