Justice THOTTATHIL B.RADHAKRISHNAN\n\n Dated :09\/02\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                 THOTTATHIL B.RADHAKRISHNAN, J\n\n                        -------------------------------------------\n\n                           W.P(C).No.4487 OF 2007\n\n                        -------------------------------------------\n\n                 Dated this the 9th day of February, 2007\n\n\n\n\n                                    JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>         Heard   learned   counsel   for   the   petitioner,   Adv.Sri.Saji<\/p>\n<p>Varghese   for   respondents   1   and   2       and   learned   Government<\/p>\n<p>Pleader for the third respondent.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.       Learned   counsel   for   the   petitioner   submits   that   the   writ<\/p>\n<p>petitioner,  a hardware merchant, suffered a heart  attack and is<\/p>\n<p>finding out ways and means to liquidate the entire outstandings<\/p>\n<p>within a period of two months.  This is recorded and it is directed<\/p>\n<p>that the impugned proceedings shall not be enforced for a period<\/p>\n<p>of   two   months   on   condition   that   the   petitioner   deposits   an<\/p>\n<p>amount of Rs.1,00,000\/- (Rupees One Lakh only) on or before the<\/p>\n<p>date fixed in  Ext.P3 for sale.
