lamina papyraces on right    A<\/p>\n
valve superial orbital  on.”r.i.g.ht._  greater

\n\nhospital    treated as inpatient\nin the    from 9\/2\/2005 to\n<\/pre>\n

  optic nerve injury, fracture right<\/p>\n
‘   Anterior Cranial Fossa Base, Post<\/p>\n
”  FCSF Rhinorrhoca and right Temporal Polar<\/p>\n
 hacmatoma with post traumatic meningitis.<\/p>\n

Injuries sustained by the appellant was also<\/p>\n
supported by Ex.P-71 to Ex.P.76, original case sheet
\n%’<\/p>\n
and x-ray \ufb01lms at Ex.P-76. rconside\ufb01ngt  a1’=  <\/p>\n
injuries Rs.50,000\/-\n<\/p>\n
pain and suffering is   it is
\ndeserved to be  10,000\/-\n<\/p>\n
accordingly, I   the same.\n<\/p>\n
The  rhinos medical bills for
\nRs.34,74lQ   awarded Rs.-40,000\/–
\n  which is on the lower
\nsidevvvtherr-,foreVV_.it to be enhanced by another
\n5,(_)0_O\/-,l4″‘accc5rdi11t\u00a7JyVl’lVaward Rs.45,000\/– towards the<\/p>\n
   has stated that he was earning<\/p>\n
 by Working as a Mastery and he has<\/p>\n
 .. ll  his employer to substantiate the same, the<\/p>\n
 considering the same and assessed his income<\/p>\n
2 that Rs.4,500\/– pm. and considering that the appellant<\/p>\n
was under treatment and rest for a period of two<\/p>\n
months, it has awarded Rs.9,000\/- towards loss of
\n‘E\/_<\/p>\n
income during laid up period.  nature ‘ _ <\/p>\n

doctor is considered as disability caused to a particular<\/p>\n
limb, 1\/3 of it would be the disability caused to the<\/p>\n
whole body. The appellant was working asa <\/p>\n
nature of job depends upon… physicat’  and ‘ . <\/p>\n
strength, after sustaining   <\/p>\n
cannot be said that he  to   d<\/p>\n
with the same capacity or——@n\u00b0t1_1e  income and<\/p>\n
therefore it isau\ufb01t   towards
\nfuture loss   at Rs.4,000\/-\n<\/p>\n
which     ‘~ 4: (10% of<\/p>\n
 the  of Rs. 1,24,000\/- awarded<\/p>\n
   \u00abis enhanced by another sum of<\/p>\n
  with 6% intexest on the enhanced<\/p>\n
H  from the date of petition till the date of<\/p>\n

The Insurance Company is directed to deposit the<\/p>\n
