      The petitioner approached this Court seeking a direction to<\/p>\n
the University to grant affiliation for the new courses applied for<\/p>\n
by the petitioner.    The objection of the University in granting<\/p>\n
affiliation was that they were awaiting views of the Government<\/p>\n
in the matter as required under the concerned statute. However,<\/p>\n
it is admitted by the learned Standing Counsel for the University<\/p>\n
that in view of Ext.P5, there cannot be any objection on that<\/p>\n
ground also.\n<\/p>\n
      In the above circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of<\/p>\n
with a direction to the University to grant affiliation to the<\/p>\n
petitioner for the courses applied for, as expeditiously as<\/p>\n
possible, at any rate, within a period of one month from the date<\/p>\n
of receipt of a copy of this judgment.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
