Respondents\n\n\nPrayer:   Original Application No.8804 of 1998 was filed before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal, Madras Bench praying to call for the records of the first respondent in connection with the order passed by him in his proceedings Letter No.10235\/Forest.2\/98-4 dated 7.9.1998 and quash the same and direct the respondents to regularise the service of the applicants in the post of Forest Watcher and grant all monetary and service benefits with effect from the date of their initial appointment by issuing a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus.  Since the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal was abolished, the O.A. was received by transfer and numbered as Writ Petition. \n\n\n\tFor petitioner        : Mr.R.Singaravelan\n\n\tFor respondent     : Mr.S.Shivashanmugam,\n\t\t\t  Government Advocate.\n\t\t\t   \n-----\n                                                  \nO R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>\tOriginal Application No.8804 of 1998 was filed before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal, Madras Bench praying to call for the records of the first respondent in connection with the order passed by him in his proceedings Letter No.10235\/Forest.2\/98-4 dated 7.9.1998 and quash the same and direct the respondents to regularise the service of the applicants in the post of Forest Watcher and grant all monetary and service benefits with effect from the date of their initial appointment by issuing a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus.  Since the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal was abolished, the O.A. was received by transfer and numbered as Writ Petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t2.  It is stated that the regularisation will be considered after disposal of the large number of matters pending before the Tribunal.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t3.  When the Writ Petition comes up  for final disposal, counsel for the petitioner produced a photocopy of G.O.Ms.No.64 dated 8.3.1999 and G.O.Ms.No.95 dated 7.8.2009 whereby the Government has ordered regularisation of temporarily appointed persons of certain category.  No individual orders appears to have beeen passed.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t4.  In view of the above stated Government Orders, petitioner is given liberty to make a representation, if not already made on the basis of the above said G.Os. and seek for appropriate remedy before the appropriate authority.  With the above observation, the Writ Petition stands disposed off.
