Yadav, EE on behalf of Mr. Naveen Verma, PIO &amp; SE;<br \/>\nThe Respondent states that he has provided the information to the Appellant on 15\/07\/2009. The<br \/>\nCommission noticed that this has been acknowledged in the first appeal filed by the Appellant<br \/>\nthe FAA has also passed an order on 04\/09\/2009 in which it is stated that the information has<br \/>\nbeen provided. The PIO in his reply of 15\/07\/2009 has informed the Appellant as follows:<br \/>\n&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>1-      As per record, no illegal construction was booked in respect of P.No.E-1 &amp; 2, NDSE-II<br \/>\n        (Mkt.), New Delhi for the last 5 years.\n<\/p>\n<p> 2-     As per record, property under reference was inspected and no violation was noticed.\n<\/p>\n<pre>3-      Reply as furnished at 1 above.\n\"\n<\/pre>\n<p>From perusal of the papers it appears that the information was provided to the Appellant and in<br \/>\nthe second appeal the Appellant appears to be alleging that the building byelaws have been<br \/>\nviolated and that MCD is not recording the violation of the building byelaws.
