M.S.SHAH)<\/p>\n<p>\tLeave<br \/>\nto amend.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tMr.\n<\/p>\n<p>V.M. Pancholi, learned counsel for the appellant-Company, states that<br \/>\nthe appellant-Company is ready and willing to pay Rs.55 lakhs to<br \/>\nrespondent no.3-Gujarat State Financial Corporation (G.S.F.C.) and<br \/>\nthat the appellant-Company is also ready and willing to deposit Rs.11<br \/>\nlakhs in the Registry of this Court within one week from today.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tMr.\n<\/p>\n<p>Pancholi submits that the above offer is being made against the price<br \/>\nof Rs.42 lakhs which G.S.F.C. is otherwise going to receive from the<br \/>\nauction-purchaser.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tUpon<br \/>\nan undertaking being filed by the Director of the appellant-Company<br \/>\nthat a sum of Rs.11 lakhs will be deposited with the Registry by an<br \/>\naccount payee demand draft within one week from today and that the<br \/>\nappellant-Company shall also pay the remaining Rs.44 lakhs to<br \/>\nG.S.F.C. within six months from today as per the Government Scheme<br \/>\ndated 12.05.2004, notice to the respondents returnable on 18.07.2008.<br \/>\n Till then, the respondents shall maintain status quo qua the<br \/>\nproperty in question and shall not handover the possession of the<br \/>\nunit to the auction-purchaser.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tDirect<br \/>\nservice permitted today.\n<\/p>\n<p>(M.S.\n<\/p>\n<p>SHAH, Actg.
