No. 1067 OF 2009\n                 --------------------------------------------\n              Dated this the 29th day of September, 2009\n\n                              JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>Ramachandran Nair, J.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>     Heard standing counsel appearing for the appellant.              The<\/p>\n<p>questions raised pertain to various additions made in block assessment<\/p>\n<p>deleted by the Tribunal. We notice that even though credit entries were<\/p>\n<p>denied by the creditors the assessee alternatively pleaded availability of<\/p>\n<p>source of fund which was proved before the Tribunal. The Tribunal<\/p>\n<p>accepted the evidence produced and deleted additions.
