Since the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal was abolished, the O.A. was received by transfer and numbered as Writ Petition. \n\n\n\tFor petitioners        : Mr.P.Rajendran\n\t\t\t\t\n\tFor respondents     : Mr.S.Sivashanmugam\n\t\t\t   Government Advocate\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n-----\n                                                      \nO R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>\tOriginal Application No.10401 of 1998 was filed before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal, Madras Bench praying to direct the respondents to appoint the applicants as Junior Assistants by transfer under Rule 3(g) of the Tamil Nadu Ministerial Services Rules and grant them all consequential benefits.   Since the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal was abolished, the O.A. was received by transfer and numbered as Writ Petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t2.  The Original Application has been filed in the year 1998.  At this point of time, learned counsel for the applicants\/petitioners is unable to state whether the petitioners were granted the relief sought for in the Original Application.  He, however, pleads that if the grievance of the petitioners still subsist, they may be permitted to make a representation for considering the claim in terms of G.O.Ms.No.502 Personnel and Administrative Reforms (Per.B) Department Dated 10.6.1987 and G.O.Ms.No.43 Personnel and Administrative Reforms (Per.B)  dated 15.2.1994.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t3.  Heard Mr.S.Sivashanmugam, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t4.  In view of the limited prayer now sought for, if the grievance of the petitioners has not been addressed so far they are permitted  to make further representation as above within a month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the same shall be considered by the first respondent on merits and in accordance with law within two months thereafter.   The Writ Petition is disposed off accordingly.
