Counsel   for<\/p>\n<p>the   petitioner   submits   that   reply   to   Annexure   1   as<\/p>\n<p>contained   in   Annexure   2   and   the   consequential   order   passed<\/p>\n<p>as  Annexure   3   referred   to   above   do   not   reflect   the   correct<\/p>\n<p>legal position.  This submission is recorded.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.
