Justice C.T.RAVIKUMAR\n\n Dated :10\/01\/2011\n\n O R D E R\n                         C.T.RAVIKUMAR, J.\n            ---------------------------------------------------\n                   W.P.(C) NO. 33908 OF 2010\n            ----------------------------------------------------\n           Dated this the 10th day of January, 2011.\n\n\n                              JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      An extend of 2.47 Ares of land belonging to the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>was acquired under the provisions of the Land Acquisition Act<\/p>\n<p>1894. This writ petition has been filed aggrieved by the delay in<\/p>\n<p>the matter of passing orders on Ext.P1 which is an application<\/p>\n<p>filed under Section 28A of the Land Acquisition Act for<\/p>\n<p>redetermination of the compensation on the basis of award in LAR<\/p>\n<p>Nos. 81, 102 and 103 of 2003.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.  I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner and also the learned Government Pleader.<\/p>\n<p>      3. When an application for redetermination of the<\/p>\n<p>compensation. Admittedly, Ext.P1 is an application filed under<\/p>\n<p>Section 28A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1989 for redetermination<\/p>\n<p>of the compensation on the basis of the awards in LAR Nos.81,<\/p>\n<p>102 and 103 of 2003. Admittedly the said application is still<\/p>\n<p>pending before the respondent.
