Case No. 201\/2010<\/p>\n<p>                   pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate,<\/p>\n<p>                   Sitamarhi, is named accused in this case instituted on<\/p>\n<p>                   the basis of Complaint Case No. 355\/2010, as President<\/p>\n<p>                   of one Ganga Sagar Education and Welfare Society,<\/p>\n<p>                   which works as N.G.O. and provide employment to<\/p>\n<p>                   different persons who deposit some amount for<\/p>\n<p>                   registration etc. There is specific allegation on non-<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner Awadhesh Kumar Rai, as a Secretary of the<\/p>\n<p>                   Society receiving Rs. 7000\/- for registration, but did<\/p>\n<p>                   not issue receipt of such amount.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Considering the facts and circumstances of<\/p>\n<p>                   the case, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a<\/p>\n<p>                   period of four weeks, let the above-named petitioner be<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                             2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of sum of Rs.<\/p>\n<p>          10,000\/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the<\/p>\n<p>          like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial<\/p>\n<p>          Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Sitamarhi<\/p>\n<p>          P.S.
