The State Of Bihar.\n              2.      Smt. Pawan Devi, wife of Nathuni Prasad, resident of\n                      village-Mishrawalia, P.S.-Jalalpur, District- Saran, Bihar.\n              3.      Sri Nathuni Prasad, son of Late Khekhar Raut, resident of\n                      village-Mishrawalia, P.S.-Jalalpur, District- Saran, Bihar\n                                            -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   26.08.2011                This revision application has been filed under<\/p>\n<p>                   Section 19 (4) of the Family Courts Act against the order<\/p>\n<p>                   dated 19.06.2010 passed by the learned Principal Judge,<\/p>\n<p>                   Family Court, Chapra in Maintenance Case No.102\/07 that<\/p>\n<p>                   the petition for maintenance against the petitioner is<\/p>\n<p>                   maintainable under Section 22 of the Hindu Adoption and<\/p>\n<p>                   Maintenance Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                   and the learned A.P.P. for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               The main grievance of the learned counsel for<\/p>\n<p>                   the petitioner is that the opposite party nos. 2 and 3 had<\/p>\n<p>                   three sons, out of them, one died. Petitioner is the wife of<\/p>\n<p>                   the deceased son. Two sons of the opposite party are alive<\/p>\n<p>                   and they are also able to maintain their parents, but they<\/p>\n<p>                   have not been made the party in that proceeding for<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                  2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>              maintenance.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          Considering the facts and circumstances, I do<\/p>\n<p>              not find any ground to interfere with the impugned order.<\/p>\n<p>              The petitioner is at liberty to raise her grievance before the<\/p>\n<p>              learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Chapra.<\/p>\n<p>                          This revision application stands disposed of.<\/p>\n<pre>V.K.
