When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondent submitted that as at present, in view of the order of the Tribunal dated 26th December, 2005, the petitioner is receiving signals of the respondent and under instructions from his client learned counsel submits that there will be no disconnection even if need be without proper notice.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.
