\nbearing reg._i\u00a7o;KA. \u00a75~\ufb01A;34$3e eh” Bangalore~Mysore
\nRoad, neert\ufb01ideei} the i\ufb01rry bearing reg. No.KA G9~<\/p>\n
1636 came ‘fromv the Ahih\ufb01. side, driven in rash and<\/p>\n
_eeglige\ufb01tu.mahder  hit the moped and thereby the<\/p>\n
h;de\u00a2eeeed4H.C.Ragaraj fell down and sustained<\/p>\n
i\ufb01feriee ewe iiee at the spot. The claimants being<\/p>\n

his wife, 3 children, mother, younger sister and<\/p>\n
brother. Taking into consideration the material<\/p>\n
piaced on record, the Tribunai has awarded the totai<\/p>\n
compensation of Rs.2,86,000~0O and dissatisfied with<\/p>\n
the qmantmm. of compensation, the appellentedih\u00e9\ufb01eto<\/p>\n

5. ‘The scr\ufb01tiey of the evidence reveaks that<\/p>\n
the deceased:H;C.Nagaraj: was aged. approximately’ 28<\/p>\n
voyears bat ‘the “time .of the accident. He was<\/p>\n
d\ufb01stro\u00e9cgarkby profession and owning a moped. He was<\/p>\n
lookiig.efte:’\u00a7ie wife, 3 children, mother, younger<\/p>\n
Vbrother a\ufb01d”sister. The Tribunal has considered the<\/p>\n
tdddinoome of the deceased at Rs.2,0\u00a78~8$ p.m., which is<\/p>\n
donkthcflower side. Even for an agricultnral Coolie<\/p>\n
‘:or_ labour, the income woeid be not less than<\/p>\n

Court. Taking into consideration the avooation and<\/p>\n
the fact that the deceased was owning a mepee and<\/p>\n
