When the result<\/p>\n<p>o f the 8th semester examination was declared, he failed in one<\/p>\n<p>paper viz., Paper &#8216;C&#8217; &#8211; Building Technology and Management. He<\/p>\n<p>applied for revaluation and approached this Court complaining of<\/p>\n<p>delay and seeking orders to expedite the revaluation.<\/p>\n<p>      2.    I heard the Standing Counsel appearing for the<\/p>\n<p>respondent University.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.
