Roy Vs Bureau of Indian Standards\n\n                                                                      Dated : 9.9.2009\n\n        The above cited complaint was decided by this Commission vide its\ndecision dated 29.1.2009 wherein Shri Sanjay Gupta, Director, BIS, was directed\nto arrange inspection of relevant files by complainant Shri S.B. Roy in BIS\nOffice, Mumbai. As the order of the Commission was not fully complied with by\nthe public authority, Shri Roy has filed non-compliance report before the\nCommission.\n\n2.      The matter was heard on 9.9.2009. Complainant is present. The public\nauthority is represented by Shri S.L. Chorasia, Scientist-E; Shri S.K. Gupta,\nScientist-E &amp; Smt. Chitra Gupta, Scientist-E. It is the submission of Shri Roy\nthat the has taken inspection of a number of files at Mumbai but some files have\nnot been made available to him. On the other hand, Smt. Chitra Gupta would\nsubmit that all the relevant files were made available for inspection.\n\n                                     DECISION\n3.      Smt. Chitra Gupta is hereby directed to re-visit the matter and if some\nadditional files are available, the same may be made available to the complainant\nfor inspection during his sojourn at Delhi.\n                                                                             Sd\/-\n                                                                   (M.L.
