C.\n\nHon'ble Shishir Kumar,J.\n<\/pre>\n<p>Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned Standing Counsel.<br \/>\nPetitioners state that they are working for a considerable long time and detail<br \/>\nto that effect regarding working of petitioners has been given in writ petition<br \/>\nin various departments. Claim of petitioners is that they are being treated as<br \/>\ndaily wager and are being paid daily wager allowance. Though according to<br \/>\nApex Court judgement in Putti Lal&#8217;s case they are entitled to minimum pay-<br \/>\nscale. Petitioners further submit that in spite of repeated requests and<br \/>\nrepresentations submitted by petitioners, same has not been paid to<br \/>\npetitioners. Persons who are approaching this Court by filing a writ petition,<br \/>\ntheir claim are being considered but petitioners&#8217; claim has not yet been<br \/>\nconsidered and decided in spite of representation submitted by petitioners.<br \/>\nHence, present writ petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>After considering the submissions made on behalf of parties as this is a<br \/>\nlimited relief sought by petitioners in the present writ petition, therefore, this<br \/>\nwrit petition is being disposed of finally directing respondent No.3 to consider<br \/>\nclaim of petitioners strictly in accordance with law taking into consideration<br \/>\nthe Apex Court judgement regarding payment of minimum scale of pay to<br \/>\npetitioners strictly in accordance with law by reasoned and speaking order<br \/>\nwithin a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy<br \/>\nof this order.\n<\/p>\n<p>With these observations the writ petition is disposed of, however, without<br \/>\nimposing any cost.\n<\/p>\n<p>Order Date :- 5.8.2010<br \/>\nV.Sri\/-<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Allahabad High Court Shivendra Kumar And Others vs Principle Chief Conservator Of &#8230; on 5 August, 2010 Court No. &#8211; 38 Case :- WRIT &#8211; A No. &#8211; 46068 of 2010 Petitioner :- Shivendra Kumar And Others Respondent :- Principle Chief Conservator Of Forest And Others Petitioner Counsel :- K.
