Rathore, Public Prosecutor\nShri Aatish Jain, Counsel for complainant\n####\n\nBy the Court:-<\/pre>\n<p>Heard learned counsel for the parties.\n<\/p>\n<p>The allegation against petitioner Smt. Majidan is inter-alia under Sections 302 and 109 IPC. Taking into consideration the overall facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, I deem it just and proper to enlarge the petitioner on bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>Consequently the bail application is allowed and it is ordered that the accused petitioner Smt. Majidan Wife of Shri Shyodan, by caste Mev, Resident of Kemasa, Police Station Govindgarh, District Alwar, in F.I.R. No.68\/2010 registered at Police Station Govindgarh, District Alwar for offence under Sections 143, 323, 341, 325, 308, 302, 109 IPC, be released on bail, provided she furnishes a personal bond of Rs.50,000\/- and two sureties of Rs.25,000\/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court with the stipulation to appear before that Court on all dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.\n<\/p>\n<p>(Raghuvendra S.
