Whether the two firms M\/s Sant Ram and M\/s Vikas Chaudhary Const. Co. have declared the\n      status of employees working in DJB, who are relatives of these firms?\n   2. What is the Provision as per Delhi Jal Board practice and rules to punish the agency which\n      have submitted false documents to get enlistment and participated in the tendering as a\n      prospective bidder?\n\nReply of PIO\nThe E.O to CE (Dr) P-I responded only after the direction of the FAA's order stating that copies of the\nsought documents are provided. Further, the Appellant was asked to look\n\nGrounds for the First Appeal:\nNo reply by the PIO.\n\nOrder of the First Appellate Authority (FAA):\nDirected the EO to CE (Dr)P-I to provide the information as sought by the Appellant free of cost.\n\nGround of the Second Appeal:\nNo initial response from the PIO. Further, unsatisfactory information received after the FAA's order.\nThe Appellant has stated that the DJB website which he has been asked to look up for information is\nnot accessible.\n\nRelevant Facts<\/pre>\n<p> emerging during Hearing:\n<\/p>\n<p>The following were present<br \/>\nAppellant: Absent;\n<\/p>\n<p>Respondent: Mr. Harish Chander, PIO &amp; E.O to CE(Dr) Project-I; and Mr. Ajit Kumar Sinha, LDC;\n<\/p>\n<p>        The PIO has given certain information. During the discussions with the respondent it emerges<br \/>\nthat M\/s Sant Ram had not given any declaration to DJB that any relatives were working in the DJB.<br \/>\nThe respondent states that he has given any affidavit by M\/s Vikas Chaudhary Construction Company<br \/>\nstating that Mr. Padam Singh who is a relative is working in DJB as LDC.<br \/>\n The PIO has brought the &#8220;Rules for enlistment of civil contractors in DJB&#8221;.
