Misc. No.<\/p>\n<p>                      7791 of 2011, petitioner is also enlarged on bail.<\/p>\n<p>                                Taking that into consideration, in the event of arrest or<\/p>\n<p>                      surrender within one month from the date of receipt\/production of<\/p>\n<p>                      a copy of this order in connection with Special Case No. 11 of<\/p>\n<p>                      2008 arising out of R.C. Case No. 30A of 2008 above named<\/p>\n<p>                      petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.<\/p>\n<p>                      10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each<\/p>\n<p>                      to the satisfaction of Special Judicial Magistrate, C.B.I.,<\/p>\n<p>                      Muzaffarpur subject to the conditions as laid down under Section<\/p>\n<p>                      438(2) of Cr.
