present\u00a0in\u00a0spite\u00a0of\u00a0notice.\u00a0The\u00a0Respondent\u00a0was\u00a0present\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0Port\u00a0Blair\u00a0studio\u00a0<\/p>\n

3.      The\u00a0Appellant\u00a0had\u00a0sought\u00a0a\u00a0number\u00a0of\u00a0information\u00a0regarding\u00a0the\u00a0record\u00a0<\/p>\n

holding\u00a0the\u00a0title\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0land\u00a0bearing\u00a0survey\u00a0number\u00a0169\/P.\u00a0Belatedly,\u00a0the\u00a0CPIO\u00a0<\/p>\n
forwarded\u00a0him\u00a0the\u00a0information\u00a0received\u00a0from\u00a0the\u00a0Tehsildar,\u00a0Ferrargunj.\u00a0The\u00a0first\u00a0<\/p>\n
appeal\u00a0preferred\u00a0by\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant\u00a0does\u00a0not\u00a0seem\u00a0to\u00a0have\u00a0been\u00a0disposed\u00a0off.\u00a0In\u00a0<\/p>\n
the \u00a0 second\u00a0 appeal,\u00a0 the \u00a0 Appellant\u00a0 has\u00a0 prayed\u00a0 for\u00a0 directions\u00a0 to \u00a0 the \u00a0 CPIO\u00a0 to\u00a0<\/p>\n
provide\u00a0him\u00a0the\u00a0desired\u00a0information\u00a0and\u00a0to\u00a0compensate\u00a0him\u00a0towards\u00a0the\u00a0costs\u00a0<\/p>\n
and\u00a0other\u00a0incidentals.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
4.      After \u00a0 hearing \u00a0 the \u00a0 submissions \u00a0 of \u00a0 the \u00a0 Respondent \u00a0 and \u00a0 carefully\u00a0<\/p>\n
considering\u00a0 the \u00a0 facts\u00a0 of\u00a0 the\u00a0 case,\u00a0 we\u00a0 are\u00a0 of\u00a0 the\u00a0 opinion\u00a0 that\u00a0 the \u00a0 Appellant\u00a0<\/p>\n
should \u00a0 be \u00a0 shown \u00a0 the \u00a0 relevant \u00a0 records \u00a0 in \u00a0 this \u00a0 regard \u00a0 for \u00a0 his \u00a0 inspection.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Therefore, \u00a0 we \u00a0 direct \u00a0 the \u00a0 CPIO \u00a0 to \u00a0 invite \u00a0 the \u00a0 Appellant \u00a0 on \u00a0 any \u00a0 mutually\u00a0<\/p>\n
convenient\u00a0date\u00a0within\u00a015\u00a0working\u00a0days\u00a0from\u00a0the\u00a0receipt\u00a0of\u00a0this\u00a0order\u00a0and\u00a0to\u00a0<\/p>\n
show \u00a0 him \u00a0 all \u00a0 the \u00a0 relevant \u00a0 records \u00a0 in \u00a0 this \u00a0 regard \u00a0 for \u00a0 his \u00a0 inspection. \u00a0 After\u00a0<\/p>\n
inspection,\u00a0if\u00a0he\u00a0chooses\u00a0to\u00a0get\u00a0the\u00a0photocopies\u00a0of\u00a0some\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0records,\u00a0the\u00a0<\/p>\n
CPIO\u00a0shall\u00a0provide\u00a0the\u00a0same\u00a0free\u00a0of\u00a0cost.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
5.      In\u00a0this\u00a0case,\u00a0the\u00a0RTI\u00a0application\u00a0had\u00a0been\u00a0filed\u00a0on\u00a021\u00a0July\u00a02009\u00a0while\u00a0the\u00a0<\/p>\n
CPIO\u00a0had\u00a0replied\u00a0on\u00a07\u00a0October\u00a02009,\u00a0obviously,\u00a0nearly\u00a0one\u00a0and\u00a0half\u00a0months\u00a0<\/p>\n
beyond\u00a0the\u00a0stipulated\u00a0period\u00a0of\u00a030\u00a0days.\u00a0If\u00a0the\u00a0CPIO\u00a0does\u00a0not\u00a0have\u00a0any\u00a0valid\u00a0<\/p>\n
explanation\u00a0for\u00a0this\u00a0delay,\u00a0he\u00a0will\u00a0be\u00a0liable\u00a0for\u00a0imposition\u00a0of\u00a0penalty\u00a0in\u00a0terms\u00a0of\u00a0<\/p>\n
Section\u00a0 20(1)\u00a0 of\u00a0 the\u00a0 Right\u00a0 to\u00a0 Information\u00a0 (RTI)\u00a0 Act.\u00a0 Before\u00a0 deciding\u00a0 on\u00a0 the\u00a0<\/p>\n
