No.11055 of 2011\n                         BISHUNDEO SINGH, SON OF LATE LAKHAN SINGH\n                                                 Versus\n                                       THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                               -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02       18.04.2011          Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned<\/p>\n<p>                      Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 30.12.2010 and<\/p>\n<p>                      it appears from perusal of the impugned order that neither petitioner is<\/p>\n<p>                      named in the first information report nor anything has been recovered<\/p>\n<p>                      from his conscious possession and his name surfaced in this case in the<\/p>\n<p>                      confessional statement of one co-accused Daya Nand Paswan, who has<\/p>\n<p>                      already been granted privilege of bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as<\/p>\n<p>                      submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                      furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000\/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties<\/p>\n<p>                      of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate,<\/p>\n<p>                      Supaul in connection with Chhatapur P.S.
