RESPONDENT\n                              -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>4    10-3-2011                 Heard learned counsel for the appellant and learned<\/p>\n<p>                  counsel for the State in respect of I.A. No. 99 of 2011 through<\/p>\n<p>                  which the appellant has renewed his prayer for bail which was<\/p>\n<p>                  earlier rejected on merits on 15-9-2008.<\/p>\n<p>                               It has been submitted that appellant is in custody<\/p>\n<p>                  since 23-5-2007 on account of strong suspicion alone as there<\/p>\n<p>                  is no eye witness in this case and the injuries on the deceased,<\/p>\n<p>                  who is wife of the appellant, may not show definite intention<\/p>\n<p>                  to cause death.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               In the light of the earlier order the prayer for bail is<\/p>\n<p>                  rejected for the present. Let the hearing of the appeal be<\/p>\n<p>                  expedited.
