Please provide the daily progress report on the above compliant.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>    2. What action has been taken on this complaint?\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>    3. Please provide the telephone numbers and addresses of the officers who got this<br \/>\n         complaint.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>    4. Who is responsible for the delay? Please tell the name and designation of the concerned<br \/>\n         person.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>    5. What action will be taken for this kind of irresponsibility against those officers?\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>PIO&#8217;s Reply:\n<\/p>\n<p>The PIO had been transferred the application to the Dy Commissioner Shahdara South Zone.<br \/>\nAnd the application being transferred under Sub-Section (3) of the Section 6 of the RTI Act, 05.\n<\/p>\n<p>First Appellate Authority Ordered:<br \/>\nNot mentioned.\n<\/p>\n<p> Relevant facts emerging during hearing:<br \/>\nThe following were present.\n<\/p>\n<p>Appellant: Absent<br \/>\nRespondent: Dr. Akhilesh Kamal deemed PIO<br \/>\nThe RTI had not reached the PIO.
