Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :21\/01\/2011\n\n O R D E R\n                      ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n                       -------------------------\n                    W.P (C) No.2286 of 2011\n                       --------------------------\n              Dated this the 21st January, 2011\n\n                          J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      In the Kollam Revenue District School Kalolsavam,<\/p>\n<p>petitioner&#8217;s team participated in Vattapattu and secured<\/p>\n<p>only A Grade. Appeal filed was rejected by Ext.P3 order.<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P3 order is under challenge in this writ petition.<\/p>\n<p>      2.   The    ground     urged     before    the Appellate<\/p>\n<p>Committee was that due to the presence of broken pieces<\/p>\n<p>of bangles on the stage, a participant got injured and this<\/p>\n<p>affected their performance.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.   The learned Government Pleader submits that<\/p>\n<p>before    any    participant      commences       performance,<\/p>\n<p>participants were given an opportunity to verify the stage<\/p>\n<p>and that therefore the complainant raised is incorrect.<\/p>\n<p>First of all the first prize winner has not been impleaded<\/p>\n<p>in this writ petition.
