02\/      28.06.2011          Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned<\/p>\n
                      Addl. P.P. for the State.\n<\/p>\n
                                Alleged occurrence took place in the year 2001 and the<\/p>\n
                      allegation against the petitioner is that he along with several other<\/p>\n
                      accused persons caught hold of the deceased whereas co-accused<\/p>\n
                      Dabloo Singh opened fire as a result of which deceased sustained<\/p>\n
                      injuries and died.\n<\/p>\n
                                The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is<\/p>\n
                      that the petitioner was not aware about institution of the present case.<\/p>\n
                      It is further pointed out by him that the main assailant namely Dabloo<\/p>\n
                      Singh has already been acquitted in Sessions Trial no. 512\/2004 vide<\/p>\n
                      judgment dated 21.5.2004. It is further contended by him that the<\/p>\n
                      petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 14.2.2011.<\/p>\n
                                Taking     into   consideration   the   aforesaid   facts   and<\/p>\n
                      circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner,<\/p>\n
                      Sanjay Singh, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs<\/p>\n
                      10,000\/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction<\/p>\n
                      of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna in Bhadaur P.S.<\/p>\n
