The 3&quot;\n\nresponden&#039;tiy_&#039;oiughVt&#039;  considered the appeai of the\n\n Detiti_onVer~ in eV$&lt;e--r.cise of the power conferred under sub-\n\n section  --Qf&quot;&#039;Section 113 of the Act. In not doing so and\n\ni&quot;ii_iVs:_5uingrt_he &#039;en&#039;dorsemeht as at Annexure-B, he has faiied\n\nV . to ei\u00e9ercise the power vested in him.
