Bijarania, Public Prosecutor for the State.\n\nBy the Court :<\/pre>\n<p>\t\tIn view of the fact that the petitioner has approached this Court directly for grant of emergent parole without having approached the concerned authorities, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of the Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to move an application for release on emergent parole before the jail authorities in accordance with Rule 10-A of the Rules of 1958.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tOrdered accordingly.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tThis petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to move an application before the jail authorities, along with the supporting documents, if any.
