Joshi for the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIt<br \/>\n\tis submitted that as such, the petitioner is duty bound to resume<br \/>\n\this duties at the place where he is posted but in peculiar facts and<br \/>\n\tcircumstances of the case, when the petitioner is undergoing M.D.S.<br \/>\n\tat Ahmedabad in the same subject for which he is selected by Gujarat<br \/>\n\tPublic Service Commission pursuant to the advertisement and if the<br \/>\n\tpetitioner is to report at Jamnagar, the petitioner may have to<br \/>\n\tforgo his study which is to be over by May \/ June 2012.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIn<br \/>\n\tthe above circumstances, NOTICE is issued to the<br \/>\n\trespondents to consider the case of the petitioner whether it would<br \/>\n\tbe possible for the respondents to offer posting in Ahmedabad.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIssue<br \/>\n\tNOTICE returnable on 10th<br \/>\n\tNovember, 2011.
