THE  JUNIOR    ENGINEER,   ELECTRICITY\n                   SUPPLY DIVISION, DUMRAO, BUXAR.\n                                  -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>03.   21.12.2010                     Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                   the Electricity Board.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                     A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of<\/p>\n<p>                   the respondent &#8211; Board.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                     Learned counsel for the petitioner submits<\/p>\n<p>                   that he is not pressing the Interlocutory application no. 2397 of<\/p>\n<p>                   2010 filed by the petitioner for quashing the First information<\/p>\n<p>                   report.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                     Accordingly,       the   aforesaid   interlocutory<\/p>\n<p>                   application no. 2397 of 2010 is dismissed, as not pressed.<\/p>\n<p>                                     As regards, the release of electric motor and<\/p>\n<p>                   wire is concerned, it will be open for the petitioner to approach<\/p>\n<p>                   the court below for release of the aforesaid items.
