(C) No. 33907 OF 2009\n             - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n              Dated this the 25th day of November, 2009\n\n                              J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>            Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n<p>counsel for the respondents.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    The    petitioner    seeks      a   direction     that  Ext.P4  be<\/p>\n<p>considered. The petitioner&#8217;s name is Venu K. Chithran. The name of<\/p>\n<p>his father is showing in Ext.P1 Birth Certificate as Chithradharan.<\/p>\n<p>His mother&#8217;s name is shown as Suseela. Ext.P7 is a certificate of<\/p>\n<p>Village Officer showing that the petitioner&#8217;s mother is Suseela M and<\/p>\n<p>his father is Chithradharan K.P. The petitioner wanted the initials of<\/p>\n<p>his parents could be included in the Birth Register. This could be<\/p>\n<p>treated as a request to rectify the register                to avoid injustice.<\/p>\n<p>Accordingly it is ordered that         Ext.P4 will be taken and ordered<\/p>\n<p>incorporating the initials of the parents of the petitioner also in the<\/p>\n<p>Birth Register on the basis of Ext.P7, certificate of the Village Officer.<\/p>\n<p>Let this be done within 4 weeks of the date of receipt of a copy of<\/p>\n<p>this judgment.
