JUSTICE ABHILASHA KUMARI\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 10\/10\/2011  \nORAL ORDER<\/pre>\n<p>1.\tThis<br \/>\npetition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been<br \/>\nfiled, with the following prayers :\n<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;(A)\tYOUR<br \/>\nLORDSHIPS may be pleased to issue appropriate writ, order or<br \/>\ndirection, directing the respondent nos.1 to 3 to forthwith inquire<br \/>\ninto the allegations made by the petitioner in its representation<br \/>\ndated 14.08.2010 and reminder dated 21.09.2010 and thereafter take<br \/>\nappropriate steps against respondent No.4 in accordance with law,<br \/>\nincluding filing of criminal complaints, etc. for various<br \/>\nirregularities committed by it, in the interest of justice;\n<\/p>\n<p>(B)\tYOUR<br \/>\nLORDSHIPS may be pleased to direct the<br \/>\nrespondent nos.1 to 3 to place report before this Hon&#8217;ble Court after<br \/>\ncarrying out inquiry into the<br \/>\nallegation made by the petitioner in its representation dated<br \/>\n14.08.2010 and reminder dated 21.09.2010, pending the admission,<br \/>\nhearing and final disposal of this petition;\n<\/p>\n<p>(C)\tYOUR<br \/>\nLORDSHIPS may be pleased to direct the respondent nos.1 to 3 to place<br \/>\nbefore this Hon&#8217;ble Court the Action Taken Report in response to<br \/>\nrepresentation dated 14.08.2010 and reminder dated 21.09.2010 made by<br \/>\npetitioner to respondent nos.1 to 3, pending the admission, hearing<br \/>\nand final disposal of this petition;\n<\/p>\n<p>(D)\tYOUR<br \/>\nLORDSHIPS may be pleased to call upon the respondent no.1 to 3 to<br \/>\ngive explanation for not taking action\/initiating steps against<br \/>\nrespondent no.4 till date despite various representations pointing<br \/>\nout various irregularities committed by respondent no.4, pending the<br \/>\nadmission, hearing and final disposal of this petition;\n<\/p>\n<p>(E)<br \/>\nYOUR LORDSHIPS be pleased to pass such other  and further order as<br \/>\nthe nature and circumstances of the case may be required.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tMr.Mahendra<br \/>\nK. Patel, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the<br \/>\npetitioner has made representations dated 14.08.2010 and 21.09.2010<br \/>\nto respondents Nos.1 to 3, however, the same have not been decided by<br \/>\nthe said respondents, so far.
