  lpursued the domestic enquiry after 2002, the<\/p>\n
coummenceld on 19\/6\/02 and the bank having not<\/p>\n

disciplinary proceedings were required to be deferred<\/p>\n
until the conciusion of the trial in the criminal.<\/p>\n
5. For a better understanding of <\/p>\n
advanced by the learned Counsel    ‘<\/p>\n

7. Admittedly complaint lodged over the \ufb01rst<\/p>\n
charge is on 7\/9\/98, the charge sheet ison<\/p>\n
23\/4\/ 99 and the trial commenced by <\/p>\n
