Ramachandran Nair, J.\n                    - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                      W.P.(C) No. 1167 of 2008-L\n                   - - - - -- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n            Dated this the 22nd day of December, 2010.\n\n                                 JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      This writ petition was filed seeking for a direction to the respondents<\/p>\n<p>to permit the petitioner to participate in the English Recitation Competition<\/p>\n<p>in Kerala School Kalolsavam 2007-2008, to be held at Kollam from 10th<\/p>\n<p>January to 14th January.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2. No interim orders have been granted to allow the petitioner to<\/p>\n<p>participate in the said competition. By efflux of time the matter has become<\/p>\n<p>infructuous and hence it is dismissed leaving open the remedy of the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner to approach the authorities concerned, if any other grievances are<\/p>\n<p>there. No costs.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   (T.R.
