It also seems that though<br \/>\napplication dated 21.12.2010 was given by the petitioners, no notice<br \/>\nwas issued to the present petitioners and without giving opportunity<br \/>\nof hearing, passed the impugned order.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tIn<br \/>\nview of the above, this petition is allowed. The order dated<br \/>\n26.12.2010 in R.O.\/Gharkhed\/128\/06-07 is hereby quashed and set<br \/>\naside. The matter is remanded to the Collector, Bhavnagar for<br \/>\ndeciding the same afresh.
