Lower     Court   Record   has<\/p>\n<p>                   already been called for in Cr.Appeal No.1365 of 2010<\/p>\n<p>                   and    Cr.Appeal    No.1366   of   2010    preferred    by    co-<\/p>\n<p>                   convicts.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            The appellant has been convicted under Section<\/p>\n<p>                   302 of the IPC. Counsel for the appellant submits that<\/p>\n<p>                   except the confessional statement             no evidence has<\/p>\n<p>                   been    brought by the prosecution for conviction of<\/p>\n<p>                   appellant.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Considering the aforesaid facts, prayer for<\/p>\n<p>                   bail on behalf of the appellant is allowed. During the<\/p>\n<p>                   pendency of this appeal, let the appellant, namely,<\/p>\n<p>                   Rohit Kumar be released on bail on furnishing bail<\/p>\n<p>                   bond of Rs.10,000\/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of<\/p>\n<p>                   the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional<\/p>\n<p>                   Sessions Judge-VIII, Patna in Sessions Trial No.729 of<\/p>\n<p>                   2009 arising out of Masaurhi P.S.Case No.335 of 2008,<\/p>\n<p>                   G.R.Case No.699 of 2008.
