No.22146 of 2011\n                               Lali Kahar\n                                 Versus\n                           The State Of Bihar\n                                -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02\/   22nd July 2011             Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                       learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                 There has been recovery from the house of the<\/p>\n<p>                       petitioner of a fire arm in his absence and for which he<\/p>\n<p>                       happens to be in custody since 6.5.2011.<\/p>\n<p>                                 In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the<\/p>\n<p>                       case, the petitioner, Lali Kahar is directed to be released<\/p>\n<p>                       on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- with two<\/p>\n<p>                       sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-<\/p>\n<p>                       Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj (Rohtas) in<\/p>\n<p>                       connection with Bikramganj P.S.
