P.P. for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Although allegation against the petitioner is that he opened<\/p>\n<p>                    fire on the informant as a result of which informant sustained fire arm<\/p>\n<p>                    injury on his chin and neck but admittedly, there is case and counter<\/p>\n<p>                    case between the parties and the petitioner also sustained injury in the<\/p>\n<p>                    alleged occurrence and subsequently, he was admitted in hospital<\/p>\n<p>                    where his fardbeyan was recorded. It is also an admitted position that<\/p>\n<p>                    the alleged occurrence took place on account of land dispute and the<\/p>\n<p>                    petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 9.8.2010.<\/p>\n<p>                              Considering the above stated circumstances as well as<\/p>\n<p>                    detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let petitioner, Gopal Yadav,<\/p>\n<p>                    be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000\/- with two<\/p>\n<p>                    sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Abhijit<\/p>\n<p>                    Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Nawada in Govindpur P.S.
