Gandhi Hospital, Bangalore.\n<\/p>\n
P.W.2 ~\u00ab~ an Orthopaedic Surgeon <\/p>\n
Gandhi Hospital, Bangalore, has stated   _ <\/p>\n
that, he examined the c1aiii_1ant.4,AAfon–,,g <\/p>\n
assessment of disability and-.__found.riiovements of lifightl’,<\/p>\n
knee is restricted by 40 degree  has
\ndifficulty in sitting, powerldoixthe right
\ncodricepts muscles  in lifting
\nheavy  of 37% to<\/p>\n
right     limb and 28% to
\nthe wholeglboduynf -~  it   h <\/p>\n
8.  =\u00a3_onsid~eriiig thevnature of injuries, Rs.30,000\/–<\/p>\n
  by__the ribunal towards pain and suffering is<\/p>\n
 , and it is deserved to be enhanced by<\/p>\n
another -R5’s,15,000\/– and I award Rs.45,000\/– under<\/p>\n
  iithis head.\n<\/p>\n
  Claimant has produced medical bills for<\/p>\n
Rs. 17,542\/\u00bb and the Tribunal has awarded Rs.20,000\/w<\/p>\n
