Bitta, Advocate\n              for the petitioner.\n\nRAJESH BINDAL J.\n\n                       ****\n<\/pre>\n<p>              Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she has been<\/p>\n<p>instructed by the counsel       who had filed the present petition to appear.<\/p>\n<p>However, she only knows about the fact that the prayer in the petition is for<\/p>\n<p>release of the tainted money. She is not aware of the fact as to whether the<\/p>\n<p>convict Ravi Kant Pawar had filed any appeal against his conviction or not. As in<\/p>\n<p>the impugned order passed by the Court below on 18.8.2009, it was observed<\/p>\n<p>that even the period for filing the appeal against the conviction has not elapsed<\/p>\n<p>so far when the petitioner has filed application for release of money.
