Limited.  The same are taken on record. So<br \/>\nfar as staff which was discharging non technical duties, namely,<br \/>\nStenographer, are placed as senior assistant.\n<\/p>\n<p>It<br \/>\ngoes without saying that both the parties will honour the<br \/>\nunderstanding arrived at between them.  In light of the fact that the<br \/>\nmatter is settled in view of the peculiar facts, outside the Court,<br \/>\nit is clarified that the said understanding is not to be cited as a<br \/>\nprecedent in any other matter.\n<\/p>\n<p>Liberty<br \/>\nis reserved in favour of the parties.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tBoth<br \/>\nthe Special Civil Applications are disposed of accordingly.\n<\/p>\n<p>(RAVI<br \/>\nR.
