Justice R.BASANT\n\n Dated :24\/08\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                                      R.BASANT, J\n                              ------------------------------------\n                                 B.A.No.5186 of 2007\n                             -------------------------------------\n                      Dated this the 24th day of August, 2007\n\n                                          ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>       Application for regular bail. The petitioner faces allegations under the<\/p>\n<p>Kerala Abkari Act. He was allegedly found to be in possession of 35 X 370 ml of<\/p>\n<p>Indian Made Foreign Liquor on 01.08.2007. He was arrested and continues in<\/p>\n<p>custody from that date.        The learned Public Prosecutor            reports that the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner has no history of any criminal antecedents.<\/p>\n<p>       2.     The learned counsel for the petitioner prays, the learned Public<\/p>\n<p>Prosecutor    does not     oppose the said prayer and I am satisfied that the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner can now be enlarged on bail subject to appropriate terms and<\/p>\n<p>conditions.\n<\/p>\n<p>       3.     In the result, this application is allowed.
