Whether the judgement should be reported in the digest?\n\n\n\nM.M KUMAR, J.\n<\/pre>\n<p>            The subject matter of challenge in the instant writ petition<\/p>\n<p>is order dated 24.2.2007 (Annexure P-5) passed by the Market<\/p>\n<p>Committee, Jagadhari-respondent no.4. It is undisputed position that<\/p>\n<p>against the aforementioned order, a remedy of appeal under Section<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\"> CWP No. 3302 of 2008                                       2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>40 of the Punjab Agriculture Marketing Produce Act, 1961<\/p>\n<p>(hereinafter referred to as `the Act&#8217;) is available and the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>has not availed of that remedy.
