VIJAY RAGHAV MISHRA, THE PANCHAYAT SECRETARY BLOCK\nDANDARI, DISTT.- BEGUSARAI\n                                  -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3\/   30\/03\/2011             Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                  learned counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Show cause is stated to have been filed on<\/p>\n<p>                  behalf of the opposite parties on 29.3.2011 which is not<\/p>\n<p>                  on record. The office shall place it on record.<\/p>\n<p>                            From the copy of the learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>                  State placed before the Court it finds that a specific<\/p>\n<p>                  statement has been made in paragraph-8 that the<\/p>\n<p>                  joining of the petitioner has been accepted and<\/p>\n<p>                  necessary steps are being taken for payment of salary to<\/p>\n<p>                  the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            With regard to the aspect of payment of salary<\/p>\n<p>                  mentioned in the show cause, learned counsel relies<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                       2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>     upon a similar order of the Court in M.J.C. No.661\/10<\/p>\n<p>     as follows:-\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>               &#8220;Learned counsel for the State invites the<br \/>\n          attention of the Court to the statement made in<br \/>\n          paragraph-9 of the show cause filed by Abdul<br \/>\n          Haffij, Block Education Extension Officer,<br \/>\n          Block Dandari, District- Begusarai that steps<br \/>\n          had been taken for payment of salary to the<br \/>\n          petitioner.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>               The statement having been made on oath<br \/>\n          in a show cause by a Government functionary<br \/>\n          during contempt proceedings, the Court is<br \/>\n          inclined to believe the same at this stage.
