Justice V.GIRI\n\n Dated :25\/06\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                          V.GIRI, J\n                        -------------------\n                    W.P.(C).18591\/2008\n                       --------------------\n            Dated this the 25th day of June, 2008\n\n                        JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioner, while working as First Grade Surveyor in<\/p>\n<p>the Taluk Office, Chirayinkeezhu, was transferred under<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P5 to the Office of the Assistant Director of Re-survey,<\/p>\n<p>Neyyattinkara.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>2.    Learned    Government        Pleader,   on  instructions,<\/p>\n<p>submits that there are two offices functioning under the<\/p>\n<p>office of the Assistant Director at Neyyattinkara. One at<\/p>\n<p>Nedumangadu and another at Attingal.              Petitioner is<\/p>\n<p>proposed to be posted in the Office of Superintendent of<\/p>\n<p>Re-survey at Attingal.      If this be so,       obviously the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner is not aggrieved by the order of transfer, in as<\/p>\n<p>much as that even according to the petitioner, he resides<\/p>\n<p>near Attingal. In the circumstances, submission made by<\/p>\n<p>the Government Pleader is recorded.
