\ndependent on the ixleomsei\ufb01   ,C:onsidering the<\/p>\n
fact that the accide\ufb01t   V2006 and the fact<\/p>\n
that mascslxy   the Tribunal could. not have
\nassessed ..:1otioria\u00a7  the deceased at Rs.100\/— per<\/p>\n
